RETURN & REFUND

1. Returns & Replacement 

A. Return/Replacement for Defective Products

Customers may request a return or replacement for products purchased on karnatakafragrance.com within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery if the product is found to be defective.

​

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

​

  • Products with physical damage to the product or its packaging.

  • Products returned without their original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all items supplied at the time of delivery.

  • Products without a valid, readable, and untampered serial number, including products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

  • Products from which the EAN (International Article Number) has been removed from the original packaging.

  • Products manufactured or customized exclusively for the customer.

B. Returns for Reasons Other Than Product Defects

​

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, you must send the product to the address mentioned on the delivery receipt at your own cost.

C. Replacement Eligibility

​

Replacement is available only for products purchased online through the karnatakafragrance.com website and is subject to submission of the required supporting documents.

​

D. Supporting Documents Required

​

To process a request for a return, replacement, or refund due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or tampered product, customers must email the following documents to info@karnatakafragrance.com within 12 hours of delivery:

​

  • Clear images of:

    • The outer package

    • The product

    • The issue being reported

​

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully unpacked, without any edits, pauses, or cuts.

​

Failure to provide the required images and unboxing video within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the request.

​

The decision of Karnataka Fragrance regarding such requests shall be final and binding.

​

2. Return/Replacement Disclaimer

​

All decisions regarding the return or replacement of products sold on karnatakafragrance.com are made solely at the discretion of Karnataka Fragrance.

Karnataka Fragrance reserves the right to withdraw or modify the replacement guarantee at any time without prior notice. The decision of Karnataka Fragrance shall be final and binding.

3. Product Disclaimer

​

Due to continuous improvements in product quality and manufacturing processes, the actual product may occasionally differ from the images, illustrations, or specifications displayed on the website.

We are not responsible for any omissions, typographical errors, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or pricing errors.

4. Cancellation of Orders

​

All products, services, and information displayed on this website constitute an "Invitation to Offer."

karnatakafragrance.com reserves the right to cancel any order without assigning any reason, including but not limited to the following situations:

​

  • The order cannot be fulfilled.

  • The order does not comply with our policies.

  • Any other operational or business reason.

​

If an order is cancelled, we will communicate the cancellation within a reasonable timeframe, and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

​

5. Refund Policy

​

For delivered orders, refunds will be considered only in the following situations:

​

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items

​

Refund requests are subject to verification.

​

Customers must provide:

​

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.

​

Requests submitted without these supporting documents may not qualify for a refund.

​

The decision of Karnataka Fragrance regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

​

The following charges are non-refundable:

​

  • Shipping charges

  • Packaging charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges

  • Bank charges

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Any other applicable service fees

​

6. Customer Order Cancellation

​

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

​

  • If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers should refer to the Return Policy for such orders.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

​

By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept our decision regarding cancellations as final and binding.


 

7. Export Orders & Private Label Orders

Export Orders

​

All export orders are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

  • Export orders are non-cancellable once production, packing, or dispatch has commenced.

  • Returns, replacements, or refunds are not accepted for export orders unless otherwise agreed in writing or where required by applicable law.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with the import regulations, customs requirements, and applicable laws of the destination country.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, local levies, clearance charges, or other government-imposed fees shall be borne solely by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Karnataka Fragrance shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, port congestion, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Any damage or shortage occurring during international transit must be reported immediately upon receipt, along with clear photographs of the shipment, packaging, and products, as well as the carrier's delivery documentation.

Private Label Orders

​

Private Label (OEM/ODM) orders are manufactured exclusively according to the customer's specifications and branding requirements.

​

  • All Private Label orders are custom-made and, therefore, cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  • Private Label products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or where the products materially differ from the approved specifications.

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, trademarks, product names, label content, and packaging designs provided to Karnataka Fragrance do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

  • Karnataka Fragrance shall not be liable for claims arising from customer-supplied branding, artwork, packaging, or product specifications.

  • Final artwork, label designs, packaging specifications, and product samples approved by the customer shall be deemed final, and no claims relating to approved content shall be entertained after production has begun.

  • Variations in colour, fragrance, packaging materials, printing, or product appearance that fall within accepted manufacturing tolerances shall not be considered defects.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments made for Private Label orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

  • Delivery timelines for Private Label orders are estimates and may vary depending on raw material availability, regulatory approvals, production schedules, logistics, and other factors beyond Karnataka Fragrance's reasonable control.
