Shipping

We strive to deliver products purchased from karnatakafragrance.com in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time. Delivery charges, wherever applicable, will be added to your order during checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping details.

Please note that the AWB (Air Waybill) or tracking number may take some time to become active on the courier's tracking portal, even though your shipment may have already been picked up by the courier partner.

Delivery

We process all deliveries through reputed courier partners.

If courier service is unavailable in your area, your order will be shipped through India Post (Book Post, Speed Post, or Parcel Service).

Standard Delivery

Orders within India are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days for locations serviced by our courier partners.
For locations served through India Post, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and India Post's delivery schedule.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Custom Incense Products

Custom Incense products are made to order. Therefore, dispatch from our warehouse may take 7–10 working days. Courier transit time will be additional.

Special Products

Special products are also made to order and require 7–10 working days for dispatch from our warehouse.

These products are transported through our own depot network using our company vehicles and delivered by our in-house logistics team.

Since third-party courier services are not used for these products:

Tracking numbers will not be available.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order on karnatakafragrance.com.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, the shipping address cannot be changed, modified, or updated.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided:

The shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.
At our sole discretion, we may issue a store credit or coupon code after the returned product is received.
Refunds or reshipment are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. However, Karnataka Fragrance shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, failed delivery, or claims arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Export Orders

We proudly serve customers across international markets.

Export orders are processed only after payment confirmation and completion of all required documentation.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, import licenses (where applicable), and any documents required by the destination country.
Import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, VAT, GST, or any other government levies imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines for export shipments are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, regulatory requirements, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Karnataka Fragrance shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities, international carriers, or government regulations.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the international logistics partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer in accordance with the agreed shipping terms.

Private Label & Custom Manufacturing Orders

Private Label, OEM, White Label, and Custom Manufacturing orders are produced exclusively according to the customer's specifications.

All Private Label and Custom Manufacturing orders require written approval of artwork, packaging design, product specifications, fragrance selection, quantity, and labeling before production begins.
Production will commence only after receiving the agreed advance payment or full payment, as applicable.
Since these products are manufactured specifically for each customer, production generally requires 7–30 working days, depending on order quantity, customization requirements, packaging availability, and raw material procurement.
Shipping timelines commence only after production has been completed.
Once artwork, labels, packaging designs, or product specifications are approved by the customer, no modifications or cancellations can be accepted after production has started.
Due to their customized nature, Private Label, OEM, White Label, and Custom Manufacturing orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product received is materially different from the approved specifications or has manufacturing defects.
Slight variations in fragrance, color, weight, packaging appearance, or natural raw materials may occur due to the handcrafted or natural characteristics of incense products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Karnataka Fragrance reserves the right to decline or cancel any customized order if the requested design, trademark, artwork, or content infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party or violates applicable laws.

Force Majeure

Karnataka Fragrance shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in manufacturing, dispatch, or delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

These clauses provide stronger legal protection for export shipments and customized/private label orders while setting clear customer expectations.
